I have just brought my next MILLION matchsticks which cost me £771 and that was with a 10% discount.
I will be showing my model in unit 18 which is on the right of cross keys shopping centre from the winchester street entrance. People can view the model through the window and on Saturday's I will be with the model and talking to people as they come to view it. I will be collecting donations for the Stars Appeal charity for the Salisbury district Hospital. Also there will be pieces of unique art works relating to my model on sale as well. These are drawing which I have used in the making of the West Front of the model.
My model will be on display from Saturday 29th February 2020 until further notice.......
After 6 years I have reached 800,000 matches and used 42 litres of glue.
Although I work full-time for developing company as a site supervisor, I work on the model part-time in evenings and weekends. I still have got the progress of the model to a standard while only doing it a few hours a week.
